Bloom Wellness offers one-on-one virtual wellness support for busy and overwhelmed women who are looking to prioritize their wellness and get back to feeling like themselves again.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR WELLNESS SESSION?

Through our one-on-one virtual wellness supports, you can expect to: 

  • Find clarity around your ideal wellness journey. Together we will figure out what you hope to achieve, how you want to feel, what is motivating you to change and what’s getting in your way. Find clarity around these topics is crucial in keeping you focused and provide a clear direction on your journey. 

  • Support assessing what is currently going on in your life with regards to your health habits,  stressors and symptoms. This is a judgement-free process, we all have areas of our life that we aren't so proud of or we can improve on.

  • Identify goals and action plans that are aligned with your personal goals, needs and current lifestyle. 

  • Identify possible approaches and strategies to help you achieve with your wellness goals.

  • Receive tools to help support your journey. This includes goal sheets following each session and tracking sheets to help you to record progress.

  • Have regular check-in to discuss your progress, barriers and challenges. We typically connect every 2 weeks, however we can have sessions more or less frequent depending on the level of support you need.
